Hi, I’m Patrick Hodgdon and my brain tends to run at “2X

speed” thanks to having an ADHD brain.

I didn’t always know this truth about myself.

In fact, it wasn’t until I was 33 years old that I fully (finally!) discovered that this neurodiverse ADHD brain of mine had been the thing propelling me to great success in business and life in some ways, but was also the thing holding me back in others.

2XSpeed.com was created to help document and share my journey on how to get the most out of my “Ferrari Engine” of a brain that came with “bicycle brakes” as Dr. Ed Hallowell likes to say.
